Cancellations

We generally have waiting lists for appointments and in consideration for other patients who may have more urgent need for our medical assistance, should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us at least 24 hours’ notice in advance.

Late Cancellation/No Show

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before he appointed time.

A no-show is when an appointment is not attended without cancelling.

A late cancellation or no-show without reasonable explanation will result in a non-refundable fee of $100.
