Dr Jang is a fellow of the Australasian college of Dermatologists. She graduated with honours in medicine from University of New South Wales in 2001. She obtained a Diploma of Child Health in 2005 and was awarded a Master of Medicine for her research in the Immunogenetics of Atopic Dermatitis in 2006.
Dr Jang undertook Dermatology specialist training at Royal North Shore hospital, Liverpool hospital, Royal Newcastle Centre, Westmead hospital, The Children’s Hospital at Westmead and the Skin & Cancer Foundation Australia. She was awarded the President’s Medal for Pharmacology 2007 and Ken Paver Medal for excellence in the Clinical Sciences Examination 2007.
Dr Jang is also a Paediatric Laser Dermatologist at the Children’s hospital at Westmead where she treats vascular birthmarks and other vascular lesions with vascular laser.
